Not durable at all… Doesn’t seem to me that durable. Over the surface, it looks like a well-built reliable product. I ordered 10 of these in June for my technicians and now three months later, suddenly they are starting to die one by one. So far 3 drives have failed in the past two weeks one after the other. The 2.5 in. drive inside the enclosure just stops spinning and won’t work anymore even though the LED light comes on. Changed cables, tried different computers, different USB ports, etc. I understand that some…

Solid performer. Nice Design. »I’ve been using this drive at work and home and am very happy with its performance and design. I have the 1TB model which when formatted in Windows using NTFS ended up being 932GBs.

Workin’ good Running as expected after 2 weeks of use. Have this plugged in to my main computer; synchronizes with another 1TB internal hard drive as a backup; this is the drive where I store media and archived files. The drive comes formatted as FAT or FAT32 which can’t handle files larger than ~4GB. A quick NTFS format would be very quick. FYI it took a few hours for a *full* NTFS format. That isn’t really necessary for the first format since it’s a new drive. I did it anyway. Took about 1 to 2 hours to…
